Easter at Rachel's house was a sit-down affair, complete with white table clothes, hors d'oeuvre, coffee, tea, hand-squeezed lemonade, hand-dipped truffles, chocolate covered marshmallows, homemade rolls, roasted tri-tip with peppercorn mustard gravy, roasted rosemary chicken with fig sauce, zuchinni spears, corn, scalloped potatoes, sweet potatoes, pickles, olives, relish, artichoke hearts...Let's see, am I forgetting anything? Oh yeah! Cinnamon rolls for dessert! Delicious!!
